Yes. There is a one-off registration fee of 25 USD, and you pay it only if we approve your application.

• What it pays for. Every application is read by a person, who checks who you are, what you have done, and whether the training belongs here.
• When it is charged. When your application is approved. If we turn it down, you are not charged.
• How you pay. You can add a card from your trainer dashboard so the fee is taken automatically if we approve you. If you have not, we email you after approval and you pay from your trainer dashboard. Nothing is taken from a saved card unless you are approved.
• It does not renew. The paid plans are a separate, optional subscription.
• Free training. If the training you publish will be free to learners, tell us on your trainer dashboard before your application is approved. The reviewer sees this with your application, and if they agree, the fee is waived.
• If you later sell. A waived fee becomes due when we approve your first paid course, and that course goes live once the fee is paid. Your free courses stay published throughout.
• Refunds. The registration fee is refundable on request at any time. Ask us on live chat on our contact page.

Trainers who were approved, or whose application was in progress, before 16 August 2026 do not pay the fee.
