Trainer plans are paid through Stripe's secure checkout, which opens from the trainer memberships page. The payment methods available to you are shown there before you pay.

To update the card on an active plan, use Manage Subscription in your trainer dashboard.

The one-off registration fee is also paid through Stripe, either from a card you save on your trainer dashboard or with the Settle the fee button there after approval.
