Each trainer has their own OnlySecurity account and applies separately on the trainer application page.

Once a colleague is an approved trainer, you can add them to a course you run as a co-trainer. In the course builder, open Basics and search for them in the Trainers field. Earnings from the course's sales are credited to the trainer who created it.
